Our Inspection Services

    Our home inspections can take 2^1/₂- 4 hours depending on the size and age of the home and the complexities that are discovered.  It may take another 2-3 hours to complete and send the report in the evening.  Our home inspection fees start at $300.00 and are increased according to the size, age and location.  Our inspections include the following areas of the home:

2. Roofing
3. Exterior,  Siding, Decks etc...
4. Appliances
5. Attic / Crawl Spaces
6. Electrical Systems
7. Plumbing Systems
8. Interior
9. Heating and Air Conditioning Systems
10. Ventilation / Insulation
11. Fireplaces

While pre-purchase home inspections and pre-listing home inspections are the bulk of our business we also provide on site consultations and partial inspections of areas of concern.  We charge an hourly fee and can provide full documentation and photos when requested.

We also provide Professional Radon Testing.  We use a continuous radon monitor (an E.P.A approved testing device) that must remain in the home a minimum of 48 hours.  Our fees are reduced if a radon test is included with the home Inspection.
